Job Description

• Arrange patients for radiological examinations.
• Produce radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems.
• Prevent patients from being exposed to unnecessary radiation.

Requirements

• An associate's degree from an accredited program and registration as a technologist by the A.R.R.T.
• Current Florida General Radiographer license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Two (2) years of experience is preferred.
