Endoscopy Provider

Join our team as an Endoscopy Provider, offering flexible coverage options in a supportive outpatient environment. This position focuses on performing scopes, including colonoscopies and endoscopies, with a commitment to patient care and procedural excellence.

Job Description

• Provide coverage for 3 weeks per month, with flexibility on the specific weeks.
• Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with no weekends or call.
• Perform colonoscopies and endoscopies, with a preference for ERCP and EUS skills.
• Conduct 12-14 procedures per day using conscious sedation.
• Utilize EMR: Provation for documentation.

Requirements

• BLS certification required.
• Experience with EGD and colonoscopy is required; years of experience should be noted.
• ERCP skills are highly preferred; EUS skills are also highly preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work in an outpatient setting, as this role does not require any inpatient services.

Additional Information

• The facility has 1-2 support nurses in each procedure room.
• Conscious sedation is required for 100% of procedures.
• There is no code team available at the Clive Endoscopy Center in the event a patient codes while under conscious sedation.
