Job Description

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure proper documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

Requirements

• A current LPN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
