    RN Director of Nursing

    Magnolia Health and Rehabilitation, a 181-bed nursing facility located in Columbia, TN, is seeking an experienced and energetic RN Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the role and has previously achieved acceptable outcomes pertaining to state health inspection scores and quality metric ratings. The desired candidate will also be approachable, strategic, and can demonstrate the appropriate leadership abilities and characteristics. This role is a salaried position and will have a direct staff of 4-6 management nurses and 60 clinical staff to oversee.

    Job Description

    • The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management.
    • Duties include the smooth function of medical care for our residents.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma
    • RN certification in TN
    • LTC/SNF experience preferred
