Requirements

• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Manual/ortho PT experience (work experience or clinical rotations).
• New grads and experienced PTs are welcome to apply.

Pay Range

USD $72,500.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
