Job Description:
- Work independently in a home office setting while being part of a supportive nationwide team.
- Support federal workers with occupational-related injuries and illnesses.
- Emphasize timely facilitation and coordination of diagnosis.
- Involve in the acute and chronic phases of treatment and support.
- Develop a case management plan for each injured worker throughout recovery stages.
- Implement integrated medical disability case management services.
- Serve as the critical communication link in medical disability cases.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted State Registered Nursing License.
- 3-5 years of related clinical experience in medical case management or related fields.
- 3+ years of case management experience.
- Preference for nurses with National Certification in case management (to be obtained within 12 months if not already certified).
- Attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks.
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have reliable High-Speed Internet service.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text, verbal, and documentation.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to pass a preliminary credit and background check.
- Federal security clearance required upon hire.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
