    Job Description:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored support, fostering positive relationships with clients in healthcare, medical practice, and drug testing.
    • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-up, proactive communication, and prompt resolution of any issues.
    • Support the sales team in managing sales order processing, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
    • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
    • Verify and process customer orders in accordance with internal guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness, particularly for drug testing and healthcare-related orders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Prepare sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and service agreements, that adhere to the industry standards of clinical healthcare and medical practice.
    • Assist in educating clients about new products, services, or healthcare solutions that could benefit their practices or patient outcomes.

    Requirements:
