Pediatric Neurologist

Location: Marshfield, Wisconsin

Job Description:

• Join a well-established practice in the Department of Neurology
• Full-time position with part-time opportunities
• Participate in a multispecialty group providing patient-centered care
• Practice includes outpatient services: Pediatric Neurology, epilepsy, headaches, CP, movement disorders
• Inpatient consults in PICU, NICU, and Pediatrics at the adjoining Children's Hospital
• Call is 1:3 weeks with support from Pediatric Hospitalists
• No parent phone calls; outreach to other sites anticipated
• Large referral base in Central and Western Wisconsin

Hospital Overview:

• Marshfield Children's Hospital is Central Wisconsin's only accredited pediatric hospital
• 56-bed facility with over 40 pediatric specialties
• Includes a 24-bed level 3 NICU and an 8-bed PICU
• Certified child life specialists provide emotional support
• ACS Verified Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Program and member of the Children's Oncology Group (COG)

Compensation and Benefits:

• 2-year salary guarantee of $298,200 with potential recruitment bonus
• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
