Under the direction of the clinical supervisor, is responsible for chemical dependency and mental health case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment.

Job Description

• Responsible for chemical dependency and mental health case management and treatment planning for clients referred to Maryhaven for treatment.

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field preferred.
• Associate's degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field with 3 years of experience or more in behavioral health field preferred.
• Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) level of education required.
• LSW preferred.
