Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Telemedicine

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or a strong interest in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to join our team in a 100% telehealth role. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hormone imbalances through virtual consultations, providing personalized treatment plans to optimize their health.

Job Description

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and develop customized HRT plans
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies, including testosterone and bioidentical hormones
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients on hormone therapy benefits, risks, and lifestyle modifications
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA in North Carolina with telehealth authorization
• Experience in HRT, functional medicine, or endocrinology preferred
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
