Job Description

• Location: Onalaska, WI 54650
• Modality: RN/LPN
• Skills: Adult- Bipap via vent, g-tube
• Days: Sunday-Saturday
• Shift: 7 am- 5/7 pm; 5 pm- 10 pm
• Estimated Pay Range: RN: $45-55; LPN: $40-45 (Rates have flexibility)
