    RN - House Supervisor - FT Night Shift

    Join our team as a House Supervisor, where you will coordinate and participate in patient care activities on a nursing unit or house-wide during the night shift. This role offers instruction, support, and care to patients, families, and significant others who are experiencing disease processes and treatments.

    Job Description

    • Coordinate and participate in patient care activities during a specific shift.
    • Participate in Nursing Administration operations as a member of the management team.
    • Assess care and serve as a resource and support for hospital clients and staff.
    • Provide appropriate direct instruction and orientation for nursing staff.
    • Responsible for house-wide supervision of patient care during an 8 or 12-hour shift to ensure healthcare is delivered in a caring, safe, expedient, and efficient manner.
    • Serve as a liaison between nursing management, staffing, and unit patient care coordinators.

    Requirements

    • Nursing school graduate.
    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Current BLS and ACLS required.
    • Three to five years of pertinent clinical/management experience.
    • Clinical excellence, leadership abilities, teaching competency, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

    • C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
    • C-AHA ACLS
    • L-OR-RN License

    Hourly Base Rate: $49.14 - $68.80

    Shift: Night

    Hours Per Week: 36-hours/week
