    Job Description:

    • Start Date: January 6, 2025
    • Duration: Ongoing
    • Schedule:
      • Clinical hours plus call coverage
      • Includes holiday coverage for major U.S. holidays
    • Patient Load:
      • 35 patients per shift
      • 1020 beds in the department
      • Assigned patient rounding

    Practice Details:

    • Setting: Inpatient only
    • Call Details:
      • Call response time: 15 minutes
      • Phone consults: Approximately 2 per day
      • Call-back rate: 60%
    • Specialty Skills Required:
      • Arthroscopy
      • Total joint replacement (hip and knee)
      • Joint revision and repair
      • Shoulder, hand, and tendon release/repair procedures
      • Spine procedures (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certification: Required in Orthopaedic Surgery
