Job Description:

• Start Date: January 21, 2025
• End Date: January 26, 2025
• Onsite Orientation: January 20, 2025 (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Patients Per Shift: Average of 36 per day
• Admissions Per Shift: Average of 3 per day
• Bed Count in Department: 11
• EMR System: MediTech

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required in Emergency Medicine
• License: Must hold an active Michigan medical license
• Certifications: BLS required
• Temporary Privileges: Available for qualified candidates
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days

Facility Information:

• Trauma Level: Level II
• Support Staff:
  • 23 RNs per shift
  • 1 PA (available Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Available Services: Radiology, laboratory, and general surgery support

• Lodging: Facility housing is preferred, if available
• Travel: Nearest airport is Hancock, MI (CMX)
