Diagnostic Radiologist

Location: Ohio, near Oxford

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description:

• Diagnostic Radiology services for both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Hospital admissions and rounding are required
• Temporary hospital privileges available for this assignment

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: January 1, 2025
• End Date: July 1, 2025
• Shift: Two days per week (Monday and Wednesday)
• Hours: 8-hour shifts during the workday
• Practice Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient
• Patient Load: 1-3 cases per shift

Requirements:

• Must hold an active Ohio medical license
• Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required
• BLS and PALS certifications are necessary
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with Medhost EMR is a plus

Facility Information:

• Trauma Level: Not designated
• Stroke Certification: Yes
• Bed Capacity: 17 in the department

Additional Information:

• No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers is required
• Support staff provided as needed
• Holidays included: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
