Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Hiring immediately with up to $23/hour! We offer a $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus along with top-of-the-industry wages and incentive programs.
Job Description
- Deliver resident-centered care oriented services
- Provide personal care including assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting, and dining assistance
- Observe and report to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
- Ensure safety for residents and co-workers
- Respond to call lights in a timely manner
- Collaborate as a team player with all disciplines in the center
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing with the state and maintain current certification throughout employment
- Must achieve 12 hours of in-service education annually as required by federal regulations (and meet state requirements if they exceed federal)
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
