Join our dynamic team as a Permanent CRNA in Findlay, OH. This position offers flexibility with self-scheduling and the opportunity to work in both hospital and surgery center settings.

Job Description

• Patient population includes adult and pediatric cases, low-risk obstetrics
• Provide anesthesia services across multiple specialties, including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, and more
• Required procedures include general anesthesia, regional blocks, pediatrics, and obstetrics
• Flexible days per month based on part-time or full-time status
• On-call and weekend shifts as per schedule

Compensation and Benefits

• 1099 Service Agreement (Hourly):

  • Base rate: $190/hr
  • Regional blocks stipend: +$5/hr
  • Pediatrics stipend: +$5/hr
  • Total hourly base with stipends: $200/hr
  • Total annual compensation (Full-Time): $325K-$345K

• Full-Time Hospital Employed (Salary):

  • Base compensation: $238K-$260K (based on experience)
  • OB, pediatrics, regional blocks stipends: $5K each
  • 403(b) with 4% match starting Year 2: $8K
  • 8 weeks/320 hours of vacation
  • Dues/subscriptions/CME/board certification: $4K
  • Signing bonus: $20K (student loan support of $100K over 5 years)
  • Paid holidays and birthday pay
  • Overtime and call-back rate: $200/hr
  • On-call rate (night): $250/night
  • On-call rate (weekend day): $1,200/day
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice coverage
  • Sick time accrual: 600 hours full-time

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA required
• Ohio License (or willingness to obtain) required
• Part-time/full-time & W2/1099 preference required
• Clean malpractice and license required
