Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Permanent CRNA

We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan. This position is located in Royal Oak, MI, and offers a varied shift schedule, including a mix of 8-10-12 hour shifts with the potential to transition to longer shifts.

Job Description

• Patient population: All ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics
• Setting: Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Administer anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures
• Collaborate with Anesthesia, Surgeon, and Perioperative team to determine the appropriate anesthetic plan
• Provide airway management, intubations, and anesthesia-related services across multiple settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of care for all procedures
• Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
• Precept new staff and students as requested
• Support a healthy work environment and positive communication within the team

Requirements

• Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) REQUIRED
• Active Michigan Licenses (Nursing and Specialty License) REQUIRED
• Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) REQUIRED
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/License History REQUIRED
• Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary REQUIRED
• Visa support (J1 or H1B) REQUIRED (if applicable)

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)
