Permanent CRNA
We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan. This position is located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, at a full-service hospital and offers a full-time shift with an ASAP start date.
Job Description
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetric procedures
- Perform nursing/anesthesia assessments and plan interventions for patients
- Monitor and document anesthesia administration and patient condition
- Set up and check anesthesia machines and equipment
- Participate in quality improvement activities and hospital meetings
- Respond to emergency situations such as cardiac arrest and trauma
Requirements
- Board Certified NBCRNA required
- Michigan CRNA License (Advanced Practice Nurse Specialty License in Anesthesia) required
- Evidence of CMEs completed annually required
- At least 3 years of experience in CRNA role required
- State experience with procedures (adult and pediatric venipuncture, arterial line insertion, medication calculation and effects, sterile technique, airway maintenance, administration and management of regional anesthetics) required
- Active BLS, ACLS, NRP (by time of start) required
- PALS preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $200,000 - $240,000
- Overtime and on-call rate: 1.5x
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $70,000 for full-time employment

Certification Requirements
- ACLS, BLS, NRP
