    Permanent CRNA

    We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan. This position is located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, at a full-service hospital and offers a full-time shift with an ASAP start date.

    Job Description

    • Administer anesthesia for surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetric procedures
    • Perform nursing/anesthesia assessments and plan interventions for patients
    • Monitor and document anesthesia administration and patient condition
    • Set up and check anesthesia machines and equipment
    • Participate in quality improvement activities and hospital meetings
    • Respond to emergency situations such as cardiac arrest and trauma

    Requirements

    • Board Certified NBCRNA required
    • Michigan CRNA License (Advanced Practice Nurse Specialty License in Anesthesia) required
    • Evidence of CMEs completed annually required
    • At least 3 years of experience in CRNA role required
    • State experience with procedures (adult and pediatric venipuncture, arterial line insertion, medication calculation and effects, sterile technique, airway maintenance, administration and management of regional anesthetics) required
    • Active BLS, ACLS, NRP (by time of start) required
    • PALS preferred

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary range: $200,000 - $240,000
    • Overtime and on-call rate: 1.5x
    • Sign-on bonus: Up to $70,000 for full-time employment

    Certification Requirements

    • ACLS, BLS, NRP
