Permanent CRNA
We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan. This position offers a regular full-time schedule with day shifts from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, working 40 hours per week with a call frequency of 1:4 (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month).
Job Description
- Patient population: General
- Setting: Acute care hospital
- Responsibilities: Pre-anesthetic evaluation, anesthesia administration, and post-anesthesia care. Manage anesthesia care during induction, maintenance, and emergence.
- Required procedures: Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals (preferred, not required), Blocks (preferred, not required)
- Support staff: Full team support in hospital
- On-call/weekends: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
Requirements
- Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
- State of Michigan CRNA License - REQUIRED
- State experience with procedures (Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals, Blocks) - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
- Experience in CRNA role - PREFERRED
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $200,000-$240,000
- Overtime and on-call rate: 1.5x
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000 for qualified candidates
