    Permanent CRNA

    We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan. This position offers a regular full-time schedule with day shifts from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, working 40 hours per week with a call frequency of 1:4 (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month).

    Job Description

    • Patient population: General
    • Setting: Acute care hospital
    • Responsibilities: Pre-anesthetic evaluation, anesthesia administration, and post-anesthesia care. Manage anesthesia care during induction, maintenance, and emergence.
    • Required procedures: Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals (preferred, not required), Blocks (preferred, not required)
    • Support staff: Full team support in hospital
    • On-call/weekends: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month

    Requirements

    • Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
    • State of Michigan CRNA License - REQUIRED
    • State experience with procedures (Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals, Blocks) - REQUIRED
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
    • Experience in CRNA role - PREFERRED

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary range: $200,000-$240,000
    • Overtime and on-call rate: 1.5x
    • Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000 for qualified candidates
