We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant in North Dakota.

Job Description

• Specialty: Physician Assistant Oncology

• Patient Population: Oncology patients
• Setting: Outpatient medical oncology clinic
• Responsibilities: Complete staging workups; formulate and initiate chemotherapy or immunotherapy in conjunction with Radiation Oncology and Surgical Oncology when appropriate; collaborate with NPs or PAs; provide clinical oversight of treatment delivery and infusions; coordinate patient care across regional health systems as needed.
• Required Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred but not required.
• EMR System: Mosaiq / Meditech.
• Support Staff: 2 clinic RNs, 4 infusion RNs, 1 RN navigator; radiation oncologist, dosimetry, radiation therapy, dietitian, prior authorization specialists, patient advocate, financial assistance coordinator.
• Days Per Month: Not specified.
• On-Call/Weekends: None.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• BLS
• DEA
• Availability at time of name clear
