Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and relieving pain.
• Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to support ongoing rehabilitation and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet job start and end dates.
