Job Description

• Assess patients' physical therapy needs and design individualized care plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises and strategies for long-term success.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality care.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
