    Physical Occupational Therapist

    Job Description

    • Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
    • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and maintain professional development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical or Occupational Therapy and a valid state of Alaska professional license.
    • CPR/First Aid Certification.
    • New grads are welcome.
    • Must reside in or near Anchorage, Alaska.
    • Outpatient experience preferred.
    • General knowledge of EMR software and Outlook programs.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
    • Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
    • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
