Join our employed practice as a Hematology Oncologist at a new cancer center that opened in 2023, located just 1 hour from Asheville, North Carolina. This position offers a supportive environment with a focus on outpatient care.

Job Description

• Employed practice seeks BE/BC Hematology Oncologist to join their team
• Base salary: $450,000 plus wRVU
• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm
• 4-day work week is an option
• 98% outpatient
• Call 1:3, first routed through oncology nurse line; physicians are never called in
• Caseload: 13-15 patients per day
• Join 1 physician, 2 PAs, and 2 Radiation oncologists
• 2 new linear accelerators and 24 infusion chairs
• EMR: EPIC
• Opportunity for clinic trials and to network with nationally renowned cancer specialists
• Diagnostics include: X-ray, CT, ultrasound, bone density, nuclear, mobile PET and Mammogram, MRI, and Breast MRI
