    Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a functional medicine clinic in Katy, Texas, offering the opportunity to work closely alongside a physician to deliver comprehensive, root-cause focused care through a natural, restorative, and patient-centered approach.     Job Description

    • Provide exceptional, service-oriented medical care
    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed histories and physical exams
    • Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic studies
    • Develop and implement individualized, integrative treatment plans
    • Document accurately and efficiently in eClinicalWorks EMR
    • Conduct new patient visits, follow-ups, and phone consultations
    • Review and respond to lab results, patient messages, and communications daily
    • Educate patients on treatment plans and encourage adherence to wellness programs
    • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff to optimize care
    • Participate in live and virtual educational sessions, webinars, and clinic events
    • Promote clinic services aligned with patient needs
    • Participate in call rotation and respond to patient calls professionally
    • Engage in continuing education related to bioidentical hormones, allergy, longevity, IV therapies, and other core services

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Background in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine
    • Active Texas NP or PA license
    • Current prescriptive authority and controlled substance registration (DPS & DEA)
    • Functional medicine training or strong interest in integrative care
    • Passion for natural and restorative approaches to health
    • Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong time management and attention to detail
    • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to lifelong learning
    • Current CPR/BLS certification

    Benefits

    • Salary $130,000 / year
    • Direct-Hire
    • Schedule: Monday Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM 12:00 PM
