Job Description

• Perform assessments, provisional diagnoses, and psychotherapeutic interventions that improve clients' mental health and quality of life.
• Supervision by licensed professionals fosters skill development and career advancement within behavioral health.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and community partners, expanding your professional network and enhancing client support.
• Provide direct clinical services, including developing initial comprehensive assessment data, providing group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy sessions as needed.
• Implement crisis or pre-crisis intervention procedures with potentially suicidal, homicidal, or severely disabled clients.
• Establish appropriate professional files, including comprehensive assessments, progress notes, treatment objectives and plans, and previous treatment records.
• Participate in ongoing agency meetings, committees, and special projects to enhance professional expertise.

Requirements

• Candidates are required to hold an LCPC or LCSW license and a Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with preferred experience in behavioral health.
