Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Description:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, including preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, camera set-ups, acquisition parameters, and computer analysis of scan information.
- Assist the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor in maintaining Personnel dosimetry records, quarterly CRE reports, linearity reports, and other assigned duties.
- Maintain records of radiopharmaceutical receipt, distribution, and disposal according to State of Ohio and accrediting body standards; order radiopharmaceuticals and associated materials from appropriate suppliers.
- Respond to emergencies outside regularly scheduled work hours.
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of current developments in the field to maintain competency in nuclear medicine procedures and related areas.
Requirements:
- State of Ohio license in Nuclear Medicine.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (N) registered and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board registered.
- Graduate of an approved school of nuclear medicine technology.
- Basic Life Saving certified.
- Obtain American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain continuous certification.

- 1st and on-call hours.
