Job Description:
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team.
- Assess, design, and direct the implementation of a recovery-oriented treatment and support plan using a person-centered approach for children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
- Provide intensive therapeutic services in various settings, including community living arrangements, schools, and natural support residences.
- Lead the development and monitoring of behavioral support interventions and/or collaborate with external behavior support professionals.
- Provide individual and group treatment and support, choosing applicable modalities according to each individual's or family's needs and treatment plan.
- Collect, evaluate, and present behavioral data through a functional behavioral assessment process.
- Conduct trainings related to the implementation of person-centered plans.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS).
- Preferred experience in the behavioral health field, a mental health setting, and with individuals with developmental disabilities.
