Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Mercy Float Pool offers opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new challenging assignments, and give you the opportunity to pass on skills and knowledge to others! The RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas. The RN will float to each department as needed.

Job Description

• Provide competent care to patients in Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas.
• Float to each department as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN License in the state of Arkansas or compact state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 2+ years of critical care experience.
