Michael Dunn Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ICF or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
