Job Title: Project Manager - Southeast Region

Job Description:

• Travel throughout the Southeast, preference for someone based out of Nashville
• Manage projects fully on-site
• Coordinate internal teams
• Communicate effectively, establish and foster relationships with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Work collaboratively with teams, not just manage them
• Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to on the job site

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Successful experience in commercial/healthcare/QSR projects
• Experience with projects over $1M
• Proficient with technology
• Strong leadership skills
