Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services in adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement.
- Coverage area includes the North Coastal area.

Requirements:
- Possess a degree from a baccalaureate or master's program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
- Current and valid California PT licensure.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Two years of experience as a PT.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree with one year of home health care experience.
- Community/home health experience is preferred.
Pay Transparency:
Range: $50.00 to $62.00 an hour.
