Emergency Department Registered Nurse

MLR is seeking a full-time Emergency Department RN to join a wonderful independent community hospital near Granville, Ohio.

Job Description

• Provides direct and indirect care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department using the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementation.
• Ensures safe, high-quality, age-appropriate care through critical thinking and effective delegation.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation, and collaborates with the healthcare team while following organizational and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred.
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Certification in specialty is preferred; ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire.
