Job Description

• Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), including those with complex and critical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal neonatal care.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, manage ventilators, and administer advanced treatments for neonatal conditions.
• Communicate effectively with families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the care process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care, including treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist (MD/DO).
• Valid Wisconsin state medical license.
• Expertise in neonatal intensive care and managing critical newborn conditions.
• Strong communication skills, clinical decision-making abilities, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
