A Neonatal Physician Neonatologist practice is seeking a qualified physician for Clinton, MD. This position offers a Maryland Neonatal Hospitalist moonlighting opportunity with weekday and weekend shifts available.

Job Description

• Hospitalist covers a 6-bed PEDS unit, Level I nursery, and Level II NICU
• PEDS census: 0-4. Nursery census: 6-10. NICU census: 2-4
• EMR: McKesson
• On-site pay rate: $205/hour

Scheduling

• Scheduling times may be adjusted based on your availability:
  • Weekday scheduling: Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM
  • Weekend scheduling: Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Saturday-Sunday is a 24-hour shift with total onsite coverage from moonlighter

Requirements

• Board certified in General Pediatrics, or board eligible for recent grads
• Must attend high-risk deliveries and have recent experience with resuscitation/intubation (within 1-2 years)
• Active Maryland State License and DEA preferred, but great candidates will be accepted who are willing to obtain a Maryland medical license and DEA
• PALS is required in the event of a pediatric emergency
