    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents
    • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching
    • Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments

    Requirements:

    • Active LPN license
    • Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care
    • Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
    • Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies
    • Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives
    • Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting
