    Job Description:

    • Perform routine and STAT laboratory analysis on blood and body fluids.
    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in laboratory operations.
    • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, including Laboratory analyzers and Point of Care Devices.
    • Complete all documentation and record-keeping requirements.
    • Assist Patient Care staff with Phlebotomy when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred.
    • Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, or equivalent, preferred.
    • Minimum of one year of laboratory experience preferred.
    • Effective communication and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work under stress and adapt to change.
    • Professionalism and the ability to maintain good relationships with patients, co-workers, and physicians.
    • Flexibility to cover different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
