Nurse Manager - Blood and Marrow Transplant/Cellular Therapy

Job Description

• Oversee nursing staff and operations within the Blood and Marrow Transplant/Cellular Therapy unit.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Minimum three (3) years of RN experience in Hematology/BMT/Cellular Therapies.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a nurse supervisor or nurse manager role in a matrixed academic medical center.

Preferred Qualifications

• BMTCN (ONCC) certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience with TJC and FACT accreditation surveys.
• Two (2) years of experience as a BMT/Cellular Therapy nurse coordinator in an academic setting.
