Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a supportive environment at our 87-bed facility. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with shift differentials for 2nd shift.

Job Description

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Requirements

• Current LPN License
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance
