Job Description:

• Oversee the quality of care provided to patients receiving care across the care continuum
• Provide medical leadership for clinical and business planning, medical quality assessment/assurance, and continuing medical education
• Collaborate with outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources, and talented teammates

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
• Board certification or similar accreditation
• Credentialed to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
• Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience, providing direct patient care
• Experience in a medical leadership role required
• Additional education in healthcare administration preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations:

Salary based on a 1.0 FTE Clinic Role: $550,000.00 Plus Medical Director incentive Pay. Sign-on, relocation, loan reimbursement, and retention available. Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
