Job Description:

- Complete a thorough assessment for each patient relating to their functional status, activities of daily living, coordination, home assessment, and other needs as determined by their medical condition.
- Develop and revise an individualized plan of care for each patient as appropriate to their rehabilitative needs.
- Teach compensatory strategies, caregiver training, implement adaptive equipment and utilize sensory integration techniques.
- Actively collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve the lives of our patients, families, and their communities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association and the American Medical Association.
- Current registration by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board or eligibility for immediate registration, as well as current registration with the State of Michigan.
- One year of clinical experience required, home health care experience preferred.
- Possess current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices under various weather conditions.
