    Job Description:

    • Provide direct nursing care to the residents
    • Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations
    • Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • Base hourly rate between $32 and $36
    • $2.00/hour shift differentials for 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts
    • $3,500 Sign on Bonus paid out Quarterly (F/t and P/t only)

    Requirements:

    • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license
    • Current/active CPR certification
    • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds
    • Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day
    • Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time
