Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We offer daily pay and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid out quarterly (for full-time and part-time only). This position involves 12-hour shifts and is committed to promoting wellness, healing, and independence for all lives we touch. Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to our residents and patients. In this CNA role, you will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
Job Description
- Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Assist in promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
- Opportunities for overtime, paid in-service training, incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.
Pay and Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate between $17 and $20, with $1.00/hour shift differentials for 3p-11p shifts or $0.75/hour for 11p-7a shifts.
- 1.5X holiday pay.
- 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.

Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
- Current/active CPR certification preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Internet and Intranet navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds; physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
- Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
Work Schedule
With the flexible hours that we are offering, this Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position can be full-time or part-time. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are willing to work around your schedule!
