Job Description

• The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care across various units within the hospital.
• This position supports multiple clinical areas and is responsible for delivering nursing care based on established clinical practices and nursing standards.
• The RN Float Pool adapts quickly to new environments and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.

Requirements

• Current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
