Job Description

• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to plan care.
• Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition.
• Provide support and comfort according to individual patient's needs.
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care.
• Help in administering medication.
• Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease's end phase.

• Anticipated start date: 02/19/2024
• Salary: $1893.38 - $2186.63 weekly
• Anticipated duration of assignment: 26 weeks
• Anticipated schedule: 5x8 Days

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
• Active and Unrestricted Driver's License with Auto Insurance.
• One or more year(s) of current experience within Hospice.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
