St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is looking for 1 additional CRNA to start as soon as credentialed for an ongoing assignment.

Job Description

• Schedule: 5 8-hour days, 4 10-hour days, and 12-hour shifts are also available.
• All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below:
  • Weekend call: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off post call on Monday, Call 2 is not off post call.
  • Weeknight call at least once per week.
• Trauma cases - mostly. CRNAs only perform spinal blocks, no regional anesthesia.
• Number of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Patient age demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
• Option to work 4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days; also can offer 12-hour shifts.
• Will need a DEA and CSR.
• Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.

Requirements

• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certificates
• All medical licenses
• DEA
• Board certification
• Life support cards - BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver's license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs
