Job Description:

• Open to full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period) providers
• Shift as assigned (to be discussed at interview)
• Level III trauma with high acuity seeks an additional CRNA to join our well-established, hospital-employed group
• The CRNA practices independently according to his/her expertise, Oregon State statutes/regulations, and the health district's policies
• Team: Physicians and CRNAs
• CRNAs practice 100% independently
• Solid, experienced collaborative group
• 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASC
• Cases: Everything but heads and hearts, healthy peds only
• Procedures include all types of blocks
• Paid call, shared equitably, post-call day off. Weekends are shared.
• Not accepting new graduate candidates - 1+ year of experience required
• Not accepting Locums candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total compensation package up to $365,000 (This represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job in a full-time 40-hour per week position). Part-time compensation and benefits to be discussed at interview.

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• 1+ year of employment experience as CRNA - REQUIRED
