Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida. This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients. Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population.
• Patient load: 20-22 patients daily.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or late hours).
• Optional call for additional compensation.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida Medical License required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is essential.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Benefits

• Base salary: Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
