Internal Medicine Physician

Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Practice or Geriatrics)

Location: Central Valley, CA

Job Description:

• Focus on comprehensive care for elderly participants in our PACE program
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to help seniors live independently
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans with the team
• Oversee care in nursing homes and hospitals, including admissions and discharges
• Provide guidance to Nurse Practitioners and team members
• Participate in rotating night and weekend on-call duties

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice or Geriatrics
• Active California License

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $240,000 to $275,000
